Blake, our principal broker, has over 13 years in gaining a financial education and experience, coming from a background in holistic, goals-based financial advice.
A core role was to assist clients through the complexities of finance and to provide a clear path towards meeting their financial objectives.
Taking this experience and his nerdy brain for numbers, he has a deeper understanding of a loan solution precisely for you.

No credit quotes*, we get compensated by the lender via a commission. I like to think about this as an appreciation payment for making the lender’s life easier. Given they don’t need internal staff writing their loans, they are happy to pay brokers instead. The best part? Lenders generally offer better rates to our clients when compared to going direct.

What does this mean in practice? You never have to follow up and never have to wonder what happens next. We provide real-time updates right through the buying process. We also communicate with third parties, including real estate agents and conveyancers to assist through the process.

We want to make sure your loan is getting approved before we even apply. How? We dive deep into the lender's credit policy and required documents before submission. This mitigates unnecessary delays which can be very important when you subject to finance clause is pending.

We understand that you are likely busy during the 9-5. We offer availability for after hour meetings. If you have a burning question you need to ask, we are available after hours to help.

We have a panel of 65 lenders however, not all provide home loans.
Being licensed to submit home loans with over 30 lenders, we are well equipped to find the right lender for your situation.

After having $100M in assets under management during his time as a holistic goals-based financial adviser, Blake understands the importance of accuracy and expertise when delivering service.
When Blake isn’t working, he devotes his free time to his 4 beautiful children and loving wife.
